Virtual Call Center Conference
Thursday, February 15, 2018, 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM EST
Category: Events

The Patient Access Symposium is on the forefront of successful, innovative solutions for patient access. Take this opportunity to learn about call center management in the ambulatory enterprise from our high-performing members.  Our speakers have led their organizations’ call centers from schedulers scattered in hundreds of locations across their systems – to well-functioning contact centers serving the entire outpatient footprint of their health system.

This fast-paced, knowledge-packed virtual call center conference is not to be missed by anyone who wants to learn the basics of call center management for physician practices – or those who are already managing an operation but are ready to acquire more knowledge to improve their performance.

Each session will last approximately 30 minutes; the speakers will be available for a question-and-answer session following their presentation. A break is scheduled from 2:45 to 3:00 p.m.

All participants will receive a certification of attendance.
