Cost

The annual dues for members are $79. If attending the annual Symposium, the dues are fully credited to the registration fees. Any employee of an invited institution may join, and enjoy the full benefits of membership.  Our members include representatives from the C-Suite, Ambulatory Services, Operations, Patient Experience, Finance, Call/Contact Centers, Capacity Management, Information Technology, Strategic Planning and Department-based Leadership. The thread that binds us all is a commitment to and active pursuit of performance improvement in patient access in the ambulatory enterprise, regardless of where one falls within the governance structure.
